Document is developed by the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO/CEPES in order to ensure transparency of an education received and facilitate a procedure of recognition of national qualifications abroad.

Advantages of Diploma Supplement:

  • in the English language, the number of copies on request;
  • standard set of sections, understandable for overseas educational institutions, evaluation agencies and employers;
  • information about a qualification obtained, a level of education, a content of the programme and learning outcomes;
  • student workload in ECTS credits;
  • description of the Russian education system and grading scale.

To apply for DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT are required:

  1. Application;
  2. Russian diploma and supplement;
  3. Valid passport and its certified translation into Russian.

Please note: due to the increased number of applications, documents are temporarily not accepted from December 5, 2022, acceptance of documents will resume in January 2023.

In 2019, the Centre for International Credential Evaluation issued 149 Diploma Supplements for SPbPU graduates, who wished to continue their studies or work in 38 countries.

If you have not yet finished your education at SPbPU and have not received a diploma or are a student/graduate of a different Russian higher education institution, you can apply for a transcript in English.
